Shipping

I ship worldwide from Brazil using tracked express courier services (DHL or FedEx). I pack every order with great care and personally guarantee it reaches you safely.

• Every order includes tracking
• Processing time: 1 business day
• Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination
• You’ll receive tracking details by email once it ships

Import duties or VAT, where they apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

I want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your crystal skull, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, based on tracking confirmation.

To start a return, contact me through my contact page and I’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Return conditions
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• It must not be damaged or altered

I’m not responsible for damage caused by improper repackaging.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund

Exchanges
Because every crystal skull is one of a kind, I don’t offer direct exchanges. You’re welcome to return an item and place a new order.

Order cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
